Best Experience Buying Jewelry -- EVER!
I almost never submit reviews but my experience with Angara was so exceptional I feel compelled to write. I know next to nothing about how to purchase truly fine jewelry at a fair price and in 30 years as a consumer/investigative reporter I’ve reported countless stories of intelligent people getting ripped off by unscrupulous jewelers. No matter how much I research personal jewelry buys, I’m so skeptical I almost always feel I’m somehow getting taken. And buying fine jewelry online from a continent away? Doesn’t THAT sound like a disaster waiting to happen? From the great advice on what to buy before my purchase to the most superb customer service I’ve ever received anywhere, Barbara and Angara have made a believer out of me—to the point I’ll never look for jewelry anywhere else. In fact, I was so picky that when the sapphire ring arrived and my girlfriend and I thought it looked a little too dark, Barbara cheerfully understood, took it back without a whimper, and replaced it with a brighter, bluer stone that dazzles everybody who sees it. And they exchanged it quickly, without hassle or extra charge. They even paid the FedEx charges! Bottom line: In my experience, this place is the real deal. Great value. Fine craftsmanship. Exceptional service. You won’t have a better experience anywhere! And if you think I got any incentive to write this glowing recommendation, full disclosure: I’m getting nothing but the satisfaction of telling the truth and recommending a merchant who deserves your serious consideration.
