Quality is a word that is obviously foreign to this company. All they care about is the sale. Service after the sale is your problem. You can't buy repair parts because they don't sell any. Look at their website if you like. Call them if you want. No spare parts except for the remote control. Repair under warranty sure but after that, it just gets thrown away because it cannot be repaired -- no parts available from them even if they still make the gadget in question; tv, dvd player, etc.
