Got the LD4088 LCD TV for Christmas. After a couple months use it died on me (1/3rd of the pixels went bad). Called up their customer service and was told someone would call me in a week. They called me finally and asked me to send in 2 pictures. I emailed them the pictures and 2 days later get a generic email response that the pics were sent to the concerned dept and that they would contact me soon. 9 days later I still do not hear from them so I email them again asking for an update. 2 days later I receive the same generic email response I received 9 days earlier. I call up customer serivce (outsourced reps who have no clue what is going on) and speak to "Eddie Pierce" and was told the same thing - pictures were sent to the concerned dept., and someone would call me in a couple days. It's been over a week since that call with another email sent and no response. It's been almost a month now since I contacted them to fix this TV and I have nothing from them. This company is absolutley horrible as is their cheap products, DO NOT do business with them, do not buy any products from them. They do not stand behind their products nor do they honor their warranty.
