Terrible company to deal with on warranty issues. My LD4688 TV blew out after just 4 months. Apex passed us around and made empty promises about replacing it until they finally told us that another company is now handling their warranty issues, called KCPI. KCPI acquired Apex in August of 2010. Their information is:

My tv issues go unresolved by either Apex or KCPI. I filed a BBB complaint against Apex, but their response was that KCPI owns the warranty. I am now working on refiling with KCPI, who is not in the BBB database.
