This guy David is totally incompetent. He failed to file our corporate return on time. Then he failed to provide us with our K1s so now, we cant file our personal returns either. What really made me mad was that he kept promising he would definitely email me or fax me my k1 that day. All the while he claimed he had finished our return. Well, after a week of constant calls and his false promises, by April 15th, he finally said he didnt do it. Then he came up with some excuse about his server crashing and all data was lost. A reputable service would have a back system. But not these bargain basement guys! It is now the end of April and he still hasnt gotten our corporate return done. Because of him, I cant even submit my personal return until I get the K1 from my corporate return. These guys are incompetent liars and should be avoided like the plague! See the reviews on google and you will see I am not the only disgruntled client.
