I have a Iphone 3GS, my daughter at the time wasn't fully potty trained so sometimes when she got her PJ's on she didn't wear a pull up and we forgot to check. So one night she was playing with my phone and she feel asleep on it and wet the couch. My phone got wet too. Went to a couple of places to try and fix the screen because back light would not come on. They all suggested i would have to buy a new phone ($499). After about a week of calling and people looking at the phone. I gave up and went to an apple store. I've had the phone for 7 months already. Went in talked to the guy told him my story and he said apple would do a one time curtious replacement(even though water damage voids the warranty). I was SHOCKED, AWWED and WOWED! I almost hugged the guy. =o) But i would have to say, i didn't deserve it but i'm now loyal to this company for the service i have recieved.
