My mortgage company used this company to monitor credit . A service for free, complete with a Visa gift card for initial consultation. After the year was up, and four consultations I could either walk away or purchase a discounted price. 50% off. I loved the idea of monitoring my credit with them. So I missed a few appointments due to schedule conflicts. I wanted to catch up because I was on vacation, and tried to contact them. I called, no answer/ just a machine, scheduled an online appointment and never received a call. I called again and again, same response. I decided to cancel, No can do. Not an option. Then I called to cancel, no response. I feel like my info is held hostage. Do not go with a company you can't contact when you need them. Not even an email or online chat. Such cowards.
