The scale watcher device I received from this company was completely useless and did nothing toward removing scale and lime buildup from my water. Actually I think the water quality actually improved after removing it. There is absolutely nothing to this device other than a method to lighten your bank account. I am highly suspicious that the other reviews on this site are bogus and were placed here by the owner of the company selling these things.Order one if you must they do have a money back guarantee. I am sending min back and will also post whether or not I have any trouble getting my money back from the company.
