I saw the rating for Artistic Homes and was so scared to call them when I had an issue with my home, thinking that they would just shove me aside. I have to tell you, they were so wonderful. They immediately realized our issue was not out of normal wear and tear on our home and worked quickly to resolve it. Within one week of filing our complaint, our repairs were well under way.
We appreciate Artistic for their commitment and realizing the value in our investment. Not only have they been impecable in handling our repairs, we compare notes to our friends on their PNM bills and having an Artistic home our bills are,hands down, the lowest.
