I would rate this company a ZERO if that was an option. This company steals money from innocent consumers. They send you a text and tell you to text them back to STOP their service. From what I've read from many others - no matter if you text back or not - they sign you up for their service and charge you a 9.99 fee on your cell phone bill each month regardless if you use their service or not. I was totally unaware that I was being charged this fee b/c it was on my parent's line - my parents very rarely use their phone - so I never check the activity on their part of the bill. When I finally did notice this I found out the charges went back 2 years! My parents have no idea how to text and NEVER responded to the texts they have been receiving from this company. I have read that MANY people have experienced this same problem. This company shamelessly continues this practice and nobody tries to stop them - not even the cell phone companies. CHECK YOUR CELL PHONE BILLS - the charges go under New Motion or Motion Sidewalk or Atrinsic. Hmm - I wonder why they keep changing their name?
