I have had two experience's with Avalon collision center in Glendora Both times ii waited for over two weeks for my car(s) these were two different vehicles the first time they lost my key and remoteless entry pad and would not replace it. Then We noticed the problem we brought it there for was not fixed after two weeks they did find another part under warranty that needed to be repaired and that was very good.
My second car was hit while parked and once again we took are other car back this time one month went by and when I picked my car up the oil gauge was acting differently and my window fell all the way down I took it back and this was all covered and approved threw insurance and they would fix my window I was told the motor broke to power the driver window up and down the same side of the accident.
