We planned to do our refinancing with this company. After collecting all our information they guaranteed us a rate and we went as further as signing up the loan documents. The day we were supposed to fund passed by , when trying to contact the company , we could not get in touch with anyone for a couple of days, no one answered our phone and emails, after that the owner Semin finally called back and was outright rude, She lied to us saying that the title company has lost our docs and so they could not fund the loan on time, the next morning we called the title company and they were very surprised and angry that these guys are lying to us since they had send the papers to them long time back, when we put all of them in the same email, Semin accepted that the mistake was on their part. After that began a series of other issues, first they said they cannot honor the rate anymore, then they kept asking us for one paper after the other , pretty much everyday they found a new excuse to postpone funding our loan. My loan was passed from one agent to another within the same company, each one promising that this time they will do it right. In the end we had to walk away and ask the title company to refund our money. This company is extremely unprofessional. They may be cheap but they are not worth the pain. The owner Semin is a complete fraud. Do yourself a favor, please don't do business with them. I won't be surprised if most people in the office are working there illegally. This is definitely not a firm you want to give your personal information to, please stay away.
