I recently started working in the downtown area. I was looking for a new shop to get my car serviced close to work. I check Ayers out online and found they have hundreds of great reviews, so I decided to try them out. I called and was able to get an appointment the next morning. When I arrived at the shop Efrain greeted me and asked how he could help me. After talking about the service my car needed he offered me a ride to work. This was great but I only worked several blocks from the shop and I liked the walk. The shop looked clean and well organized. The employees were friendly and dressed nicely. Efrain called me with an update and several recommendations. When I went to pick up my car after work to my surprise it was washed and clean! Efrain gave me a "rewards" card which builds credit as I service my car. I have never heard of this at an auto repair shop. I will definitely be using Ayers for my service and repair shop. I only wish all the businesses I deal with were as professional and nice as Ayers
