The exact same thing happened to me that happened to Lisa M. I hadn't heard anything from the company so I called them the day before my scheduled pick up only to find out they were not coming and were not going to be coming for a week. I was on a schedule
to get out of my rental and needed to get on the road to my new place a 1000 miles away. I asked Hank if I could get my $520 deposit back so that I could hire someone else. He said I could get $500 of it back but it would take 5 days. After I secured another
mover and called Hank back to process my refund he got very nasty and now would not give me my deposit. He said I was breaking the contract. They broke the contract that I signed by not showing up on the signed contract dates. I received a new contract with
new pick up dates, I did not sign this contract agreeing to the week away scheduled pick up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Hank is extremely rude and nasty for something that is their fault but he will act as though you were the one changing
everything. From my research this company is not set up to do interstate hauls. They have 2 small local moving trucks and 1 tractor, no trailers. Reputable movers only require a 10% deposit, B&B requires a third down, big difference in money. That way they
can hold you hostage when they don't show. Read their reviews and be forewarned. Go else where.
