I ordered products from this company and received them Nov. 12, 2009. I returned them via insured, priority mail for a full refund minus s&h on Nov. 17, 2009 and they received them on the 19th. Well within the 30 day window they allow for returns. I have called and called to no avail. I did get an opportunity to leave a voicemail once and someone returned my call and she asked me to call them back. I know I have called at least 6 times and was on hold for about 20 minutes each time and no one ever picks up. I guess I should just consider this a wash and let it go. Word to the wise, be extra careful and think twice before you order anything from this company.
