Use these people at your own peril! Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) I know who has used BJ's is currently being audited by the IRS. My husband recommended this company to all of our friends, relatives and acquaintances and they are all upset over being audited. Yes this company will get you a huge refund but it is because they are irresponsible tax preparers. They take deductions that you are not entitled to and then take a nice chunk of your refund as a preparer fee. They do not sign the returns as paid preparers, thereby eliminating themselves from liability/responsibility in the event you are audited. And you will be audited. Their offices are never open during the non-tax season, and they never return phone calls. One of their staff members was recently released from prison after doing 1 year+ for fraud. He took the fall for the company so that his family business would stay afloat. This business is not reputable.
