Our company sent them over 100 phones and were paid half of the agreed upon amount. After numerous emails and phone calls, CellPhoneCycle/BMH has been unresponsive and very nearly totally unreachable.
We would advocate that their BBB membership be curtailed for what amounts to fraud and deceptive trade practices.
