Forget this BPG Home Warranty company - Worst experiences from a licensed Real Estate agent

Buyers Beware of this Home Warranty Company. It was the worst home warranty I ever worked with as an experienced Real Estate agent. I bought a home in 2009 with the roof leaking and they refused to fix it. I told them that you will lost a lot of customer bases because I am a real estate agent, but they didn't listen and refused to repairs. I have told all of my real estate agents that NEVER order a Single Home Warranty from this company again!
