Complete Scam, Stay away from these guys. They will claim everything is pre-existing and refuse to pay. Do yourself a favor a go with another company. 2 claims with these guys both dismissed based on their "opinion" that the issues were pre-existing. I
also had a gas leak incident that the city deemed urgent enough to evacuate the house. When i called BPG they said: We can send someone in two days... Ended up calling a local business that came out in an hour and fixed the problem. Bpg you wonder? Oh, that's
pre-existing sir... People wonder why the Fed wants to regulate everything? Its because of slimy, shady, corrupt businesses like BPG. Their customer service is insulting, Rude, unprofessional. If one of you doesn't buy a service from this pathetic excuse for
a company i will feel as if i have done humanity a favor.
