Fraud - Not Legit

Spent $70, never received merchandise. Phone number is not legit. Better Biz Bureau has 48 complaint logged. Filed with my credit card company, will also file police report for theft. Requested a refund twice, no response. Obviously this is not a real business, darn, wish I had looked up some reviews before I was stolen from.
