I will never buy this bullet again. I have been going back and forth with them for over 8 months about the cups cracking in hot dish water. NOT dish washer but hand washing was too much for them. I refused to pay my last 2 payments until they sent the replacement cups free. They have sent me to collects. I have had 3 different companies at the same time try to "collect" on this debt. I have sent each of them a letter stating that this account is in dispute.
Another WARNING!! When they go to charge you for the second payment they will also attempt the 3rd and 4th and 5th too in the same day on your credit card.
My next stop is a letter to the BBB.
This company brings the name of the Magic Bullet to shame.
DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. RUN DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!
