My Terrible Experience with B&S

In September of 2015 I retained Bachus and Shanker as my representative for disability and social security due to a leg injury in October 2014 from working.I did all my own filing and in january of 2015 I had not heard from Jackie the lady I was working with at Bachus and Schanker. After calling several times no one bothered to let me know that jackie was no longer with the firm.I was sent to Duy Than. he had me fax all my paperwork AGAIN as he said he had no idea where the originals were. I did everything that he said to do. I got my denial letter on Feb.19,2016. I called Duy right away and he assured me that he would file my appeal within the time allowed. By may 2016,I had not received ANY paperwork regarding my hearing so I began calling him. I left voice mails and emails which were not answered. Finally a woman named Anna called as said Duy had her take over. She was very wish washy all the time and never asked even what exactly was I suffering from. She told me that she refiled my appeal. I was angry and said that Duy ASSURED me that it was filed in Feb.She tried to say it was she was just making sure and I said that if it wasnt done then it will be too late now!! it was. 5 days over the deadline!! Ten months of MY life and MY hard work down the drain. The judge dismissed my hearing and I have to refile.I made B&S which is BS sent me a letter as I fired them. All they could say was that they were sorry and put the blame on someone in the appeals department. I was forced out of my apartment of 4yrs due to high rent increase. I was living out of my car since June 13,2016. now I have to find a new attorney. Their commercials make me sick as I had even emailed Mr. Bachus and told him what was going on and never heard a thing. Justice is their passion my ass.
