I have had more fun training with Jack than I have ever had training in a "gym" my entire life! I could stop here but you probably want to hear about my results so I will oblige. I have always been very athletic and fit but never defined. I just thought that I was "built like that". Not So. Enter Jack. Now, not only do I have definition in my body, but I actually have a six pack. I thought it just wasn't possible for me but Jack has proved me wrong. The workouts are fun, intense, and Jack is such a cheerleader that you cant help but stick with it. I have found camaraderie as well as real friendship with my class mates as we all help each other succeed. Really! I have never used a personal trainer up to this point as a team sports and solo athlete, but I now understand just how important it is to have the right one. Thank you Jack!
