Jack Kenefick is a great trainer. He is experienced, trustworthy, and knows how to build a program that works for you. I've worked with Jack for about three years and he has been very motivational and helpful in helping me meet my goals. He is professional, patient, and makes working out (almost) fun. He understands how to tailor a program that helps you meet your goals. I highly recommend Jack.
