HORRIBLE Customer Service

In a nutshell, Bank of America only cares about the money it can make; they have terrible customer service. We paid off our mortgage a month ago; we had about $5,000 in the escrow account. We are still waiting for the check. The customer service rep claims it was mailed 10 days ago and that it takes the post office 7 to 14 business days to deliver mail. I know, ridiculous, but it is just on more example of how Bank of America treats its customers!
