I bought what they described as a "Samsung charger" for my U740 celllphone. The product price was cheap but the shipping charges somewhat expensive. When the charger arrived, the product box was damaged and appeared to have been opened or used prior to being shipped. The product was not a Samsung charger, but some generic charger made in China that did not even say "Samsung compatible" on the box! I returned it, and got an email with a link to a "Samsung ORIGINAL charger" that they suggested instead at a higher price. They also informed me in the email that they do not refund shipping costs for returns.
Very deceptive advertising, poor products, and based on the email regarding replacement/shipping, also seems like a "bait and switch."
