This business has been pulling me around since the 11th of June. They made an error in the shipping process by placing the "Billed" persons name on the package and sending it to the "Deliver To" persons address. USPS will not deliver a package to somebody who is not a legal resident at that address. It was specifically stated on the website form that I filled out, that I wanted my item to be shipped in someone else's name to someone else's address, because someone else would be fixing my laptop.
This company is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service and response times. Rahul, who is the representative I have been in contact with, has very hard to understand due to his poor word usage and will not admit that this is their fault, nor have I received an apology. Even after he realized that they made a mistake, he rudely told me that the item is now out of stock and that I will have to wait. It has been more than 2 weeks and I still don't have my product. The USPS tracking website even says that 3 days ago the package had been delivered and received by them. Still no word on my product.... I submitted a complaint through the BBB so I hope this will kick things into gear.
