They are a scam!
after 7 months and 2900.00 for them to modify our payments which they said would be no problem and they would handle everything we just got our notice of foreclosure. When we asked them about it they said not to worry about it, that it was just a formality. They asked us to give them copy after copy of documents which we promptly provided. Still to this day they send us emails saying if we don't cooperate by sending them what they want they cant help us.If you decide to try them make sure you email so you have records of everything. As far as my wife and 4 kids were about to loose our house.
