STAY AWAY !! I unfortunately did NOT Google Bayside before setting them up to do HVAC work.
1. I signed a work order $1500 to run a new lineset.
2. CANCELLED the work literally that night / next day
3. They charged the credit card anyway - I have put into dispute
4. they have a little CATCH you need to look out for - first of all they want you to pay UP FRONT so that if you change your mind they charge you 25% restock fee - and in writing it says on PARTS......
5. they are actually attempting to charge me 25% of the WHOLE JOB - not just the parts - which violates their own work order.
6. their office manager never returned calls - and when I finally got to speak to her after about a week - she told me 25% of the JOB which is NOT what their work order agreement says.
I would give them NEGATIVE star ratings if I could.
VERY UNSCRUPULOUS !!
