SCAM, SCAM, SCAM ! ! !

This company is a SCAM ARTIST!
They called my elderly mother (86 years old), repeatedly until she told them it was ok for them to do a $39.99 A/C & Heat check up! Then conned her into a $1,589.99 3 year service agreement along with telling her she had mold in her attic and A/C system. Also put a SURGE SUPPRESSOR in her outdoor A/C unit but did not bother to clean the same unit or remove vines, etc. That were inside. When confronted on the telephone, (as there is NO ADDRESS on the invoice) they calmly said "we already cashed the check"! I tried to explain to them that she is very elderly and gets confused easily and she has borderline dementia to NO avail. This all happened yesterday 10/17/2011.
If I could I would give them a rating of -5 stars, but 1 star is the lowest rating here. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Department of Professional Regulation for Florida. Also will see if the Investigative reporters from local Television Stations would like to take this on!
This is a DISCRACE for any company to pull something like this and it needs to be stopped now! They also recommended NEW DUCT work for her house at the tune of $3200.00 !!!! Anyone can get a reputable A/C company to install a BRAND NEW SYSTEM with duct work and everything for much less!
I hope everyone at this company sleeps well at night, but I cannot see how!!
Luckily, put a stop payment on the check the same day and they did not get a DIME !!!
