Beware this seller. I ordered Estee Lauder Perfectionist 1.7 fl. oz. and received a Perfectionist product that has not been produced for a decade and was obviously old (yellow/gummy consistency. It was the original Perfectionist that has been upgraded twice in the last 10 years. I called Beauty Encounter and was told that they stock only current products and that I would need to pay a 15% restocking fee at a minimum ($10) and could have the product returned without a refund. I had to contact Estee Lauder to confirm that the product I was sent has not been in circulation for 10 years and recommending that the product be returned to the seller. I received an email last week from Beautyencounter.com, saying that my credit card was credited but as of today 1.15.10 nothing has been posted to my account. I saved about $10 over the amazon.com price but no savings is worth ordering again from this seller.
