Excellent at finding good tenants. Contracts are well-written and precise. Office staff is courteous. Monthly statements are somewhat confusing - could be simpler format. Dates of service not on statements. Gardners are a problem, but Beeline seems to work hard at finding and keeping good, dependable repairmen. Should provide a monthly drive-by report with photos to out-of-area owners. Also should provide a semi-annual interior inspection report with photos. Would absolutely recommend their services.
