Back in fall of 2009, tried to finance a tow truck through them. Said I was pre approved, signed contract sent deposit check (and faxed copy) they cashed copy. They then came back and said they couldn't finance me in house and had a outside company that would (at 26%) we said no and to this date haven't got a single cent our money back 4800.00. I have called Washington and calf. Attorney general, federal trade commission, fbi, bbb ect. All they tell me is because it is a business loan its a civil case. Lots have filed in small claims and won ( but no money returned). I can't believe that there is no government agency that can stop Marcus Davin. I saw on television that president Obama has started a consumer financial protection bureau., I called today and found out that for now its just mortgage and credit card fraud. I was told to check back in the future as they will add more offices.
