Beware of this company. I am a physician that was referred to this company by the vendor. After getting in touch and being advised I was pre-approved, I sent them a check for document fees and first and last months rent. After 45 days of constantly being told that the paperwork would be ready, they finally stated they would be unable to finance my loans. They do not respond to any more emails even though I was told I would be refunded my money. Go with Direct Capital.
