DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I have used other movers before and I have never been through the crap Best Movers put me through. They quoted me at $736.00 and after they loaded up all my stuff said I needed to pay 986.00 right then. I told them that only 60% should be charged. they said it was 60%. When I asked how much the total charge was, he would not give me a straight answer. I told them to take the stuff off the truck. I called Nicole the sales person and told her what was going on and the mover spoke to her. They then told me not to worry, that the bill will be discounted and some of the packaging would be taken off. Well now they have my stuff. I cannot get them to return my call and the driver will not deliver my stuff without another $500.00 This has cost me $1,400.00 when my orginal quote was $736.00. They charged me over $100.00 for 2 cardboard boxes!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and do not book this company. I know the quote is cheap but you end up paying way more in the end.
