I cannot say enough good things about Big Bear Luxury Properties. My family has rented from them for several years. The properties are always exactly as they say they are, they're beautiful, clean, the houses are warmed up in the winter for your arrival, kitchens are well stocked with quality products as are the bedrooms and bath. We have had a couple of times when we've had an emergency which required us to stay in the house past check out time and the staff was so kind to let us stay in the house a little longer without cost. They are just the nicest and reliable people to work with. We are small business owners and know that repeat business is a must to be successful, so top of the line service is mandatory, and so it is with Big Bear Luxury properties.
