I do not recommend this business. We took our car in to have the brakes checked. We were told we needed over $1500 in parts/labor for the car - most of which turned out to be unnecessary. We declined to have them perform the work on the car. The next day I had someone else fix it for just over $100 in parts. He showed me the parts that Big O had said we should have replaced...the calipers and brake pads, for example, were perfectly fine. We were quoted over $500 for just those 2 items parts/labor. For another part, we were quoted $320 (just the part, not the labor to install it) -- the part is available at Autozone for about $30. It's unethical & dishonest to tell unsuspecting consumers that they need parts/work that is unnecessary. Buyer beware!
