Black Powder Marketing is unreliable

I placed my ad and didn't have my pictures available to ad at that time, so I tried to go back in and the site would not let me log in. I tried calling the numbers made available and they were no good. Tried finding more info about the company and no luck. This company does not provide service as promised and seems more like a scam than a provider. I will be cancelling and putting a stop on my charges.
