Really really shady company. The sales person sold Slimline Wireless window transmitters stating that the ones they have are smaller and better than the competitors and made us pay for them. When the installer came, he installed older less expensive and much larger transmitters. We called the salesperson to let him know the wrong devices were installed, and he told us to talk to the installer, and he would take care of it. We called and left messages but the installer wouldn't call us back. After calling and asking for the supervisor, the installer finally called us back and tells us that the Slimline has been recalled, which was a total LIE, and not only that, the cost for the Slimline and the larger transmitters were the same price, another LIE. When we looked this up and found out that he was lying, he started to say that ok, it's not recalled, but it's not as good, too many false alarms etc., which was again a LIE. When we called the sales person to complain, he wouldn't call us back. When he sold us the system, he said call him anytime if any problems. Yeah right! Finally, after threatening to cancel the service or sue, their supervisor finally agreed to refund us for the difference in cost. Granted that the installer and salesperson's supervisor apologized for our experience and refunded us, allowing employees to lie like that is unacceptable for a business. Do not use this unless you want to get ripped off.
