We had been working with Bluerose for well over a year & a half and they met every shipping supply need we had, particularly with custom crates that needed to be shipped internationally. When our corporate office downsized our site, forcing us to close a large facility in a short amount of time, Bluerose offered to help us with the process beyond just our shipping needs. Not only did they provide us with moving & shipping supplies, but they also gave us an actual additional set of hands, coming on site to help us pack, clean, and shut down a 10,000 square foot facility over a 3 month period. The generosity and compassion given to us was beyond any experience I have had with any vendor. The customized & personal customer service Charles & team are able to provide makes them a first rate vendor. I cannot recommend Bluerose enough and I am very grateful for all that they have done for us. You will not find a better group of people to work with!
