This company sent a man to my house who misdiagnosed the problem because he did not even touch my refrigerator. I gave the man $75.00 because he said he would need that as a down payment to order the front water and ice panel. I called to tell the manager what happened and she said her people are great and give great service. Two days later I received a check in the mail for the difference of the $75.00 I gave the "repair man" minus their $53.00 service call. When I called to ask why I got the check back the manager said, "We don't do business with people who question our work". I called a reputable company out after the fact who diagnosed my refrigerator and said it was the back control panel on the refrigerator and not the front water and ice panel that Bob's Appliances claimed it was. Had they wanted to fix my refrigerator, I would have been charge $150.00 more for the problem because they never touched my refrigerator.
