Bob was recommended to me by another septic company. Glad I contacted him. He just finished removing some large tree roots that had grown into my septic tank, repaired damage to the middle wall of the tank, and re-piped two of my leach lines. Very professional work and very tidy. I found Bob to be very open to questions and to be quite good at explaining how the septic system works and why he's making certain repairs. What I particularly liked was that he seemed to have my needs in mind rather than his. He was also easy to coordinate with in regards to timing, and his prices were reasonable. I would definitely use him again.
