I have always received excellent service from Bodylastics. I have been purchasing resistance bands from them in three separate orders and have always top notch service.
Several months after my first purchase, I received some replacement bands with a note from them stating they had realised the manufacturer had made a mistake in the size of the insert used to secure the band to the clip, creating a potential injury hazard. I must say that's the first time I have ever experienced a company taking such direct action in correcting a problem. I was very pleased.
My most recent order, a couple of months ago, I noticed they reinforced the point at which the band slides through the attaching clip. They make a real effort to improve their products.
