I had my roof replaced early 2011. It seems that the Divosta homes around Bear Lakes CC have all needed their roofs replaced about the same time. I received 3 bids from roofers I had seen working in the area. Bossler was $1000 over the lowest but $2000 below the highest.
They did explain that the cost would increase if additional work on plywood, facial etc is required. I was lucky that I only needed very little extra work. $400.However a neighbor had to replace a lot of dry rot and facial that he said cost him $1500. Overall I was happy except that both my neighbor and I got a flat tire from left over nails. I had AAA and they paid my neighbor $50. One other neighbor signed a contract with another company and found out after the roof was torn off that the bid did not include new skylights. Take your time to compare.In the end I took Bossler over the lower bid due to favorable comments from some individuals on the association.
