They advertise in the Blue ValuePak mailer a coupon for $79.00. You make the appointment and the employee, Cesar Buelna comes to the house and tries to "upsell" a "deep cleaning" for $279. He states the regular cleaning won't do the job. We stated we had a coupon and he rudely asks to see it, then becomes confrontational when we question the difference in price.
In this situation, Cesar became angry and loud towards my elderly Mother, who was scared and ready to contact the police. He also refused to leave the house for a good 10 minutes.
When we called the owner Reza, he was rude over the phone.
Reza operates under several business names so beware. Here are the names:

He's been doing business since at least 2002, so I'm sure he's scammed many people.
Better Business Bureau lists at least 35 complaints to date.
