ROYAL BRB826 BATHTUB W/FREE HEAT PUMP
I am giving these people a 1 star rating because I cannot give them ZERO.
My experience with these people and one of the whirlpool tubs I purchased has been one large nightmare.
1) This whirlpool tub has leaked 3 different times.
a) First time was from 2 small jets of the 20.
took almost 2 months for the company to get me the parts
Damage to my house around $350
b) Second time a brass fitting had a hairline fracture and only
leaked when the water was on and the pumps running. It
took a long time to fine this leak because everything look
fine when not under pressure and even under pressure the
leak was so fine it kept looking like it was coming from
somewhere else.
Rather then wait another couple of months I manufactured
the part myself using 3 different fittings from Lowe's

c) Third time (about a year after the first two times) the rest of
the small jets started leaking, because the repaired
damage of the previous times was done so well it took a
while before we realized we had another leak problem and
by time we found out the bathroom floor was completely
ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
It has been over 5 months since I asked them to get me
the parts and still have not received parts to
fix the problem. Of the 3 years we have had this tub
my wife has been able to use it 8 times.
The damage cause by this tub this time was over $3,000
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am going to contact a lawyer and see about suing for my money back plus cost of repairs.
NO ONE at this place returns your calls and the parts guys keep saying TWO weeks, two weeks, two weeks... Well 5 months later and I am still waiting on TWO weeks.
I am not the type of person that likes getting lawyers involved but they are not giving me much of a choice.
The 8 times my wife has been able to use this tub she liked it a real lot. Let's see: 8 times $1,790 (tub), $3,600 (in damage) = $5,390 (not counting my time to figure out what was wrong). This equals $670+ a bath - should have purchased an American made product from a better company.
My suggestion to you is to look elsewhere there are others selling the same product. Maybe my tub is a LEMON but the support by this company is BAD, VERY BAD
