After months of researching and shopping I purchased my Ariel DZ972 steam shower from brilliant showers and i am very pleased with this steam shower and with this company. right away when i visited their website www.brillaintshowers.com i was greeted by a live chat agent who was very help full with providing me information about the showers that was lacking on other websites. the lady i spoke to was able to answer many questions i had regarding installation and warranty and dimensions ( she even emailed me additional specs and information before i decided to purchase) . it was because of this and the fact they offer a 5 yr warranty that i decided to buy from them and i would highly recommend this company to any of my friends . great customer service, shipping was fast, and the shower is absolutely stunning in my remodeled bathroom .
