I purchased a new 2011 Dodge Challenger R/T from Cerritos Dodge a few weeks ago. I had, what I considered, a serious problem with my sales and finance experience at the dealership. I expected that after registering a complaint, it would be ignored, and I would be here posting a negative review. I was dead wrong. Mr. Jack Ameen, GM of Cerritos Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep, and Mr. Matt Browning and Mr. Scott Dickinson of Browning Automotive Group addressed my concerns, and made things right. Let's say I was pleasantly surprised and ultimately glad I purchased my vehicle there.
