I scheduled an appointment for service for between 10am and 12pm. They never showed up. I waited another 20 minutes to give them a chance to arrive, text, or call me to let me know they were running late. Since no one did, I called them. The lady was friendly and apologized and said she was going to call them right away then give me a call right back. After waiting 35 minutes I called back. She said the job before mine was taking longer, but they could make it out between 2pm and 4pm and asked if that would be ok. I said yes, of course. Especially since I had to take off work to be here. At around 3:40 he arrives. He was friendly and we go out back to let him look at the job. I posted a picture below. I just needed this removed and replaced. A very small amount of material and everything completely exposed, and basically a straightforward easy job as far as plumbing goes. He actually looks me straight in the face and quotes me $1,500.00!!! I thought I was on candid camera or something. Of course, I said no way. They made me miss a day of work, didn't show up, and didn't text or call me. I guess that should have been the first red flag. Then didn't call me back the second time either. And after all of that, they then tried to take advantage of me. I have no idea how the reviews on here could be genuine. Steer clear of this company if you want reliable service and fair prices.
