Why did you hang up on me?

I just called this morning to get some general information, as I am looking for a lawyer/legal advice when I go to court in a couple of weeks. The man I spoke to was so rude. He said he was too busy and that I should "call someplace else". AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME ON PURPOSE! Wow. I'm still in shock/awe. Perhaps thice place has so many clients that they don't want any more business??? Zero Stars, by the way.
